Fullerton Fire Department

The City of Fullerton Fire Department is made up of six strategically located stations to protect and serve their residents. The Fullerton Fire department staffs six fire engines, one truck companies, hazardous material squad. Three of the engine companies are staffed by paramedics. The six engine companies and truck are staffed by twenty five fire fighters twenty four hours a day. This department is well trained and well equipped to serve its residents.

The Pasadena Fire Department

The Pasadena Fire Department was started in 1888. It is now configured of eight strategically located stations that protect 22.5 square miles protecting 150,000 residence. The department began protecting its community with only one thousand dollars allowing them to purchase two hook and ladder trucks. Torrance Fire Department

The city of Torrance created their first fire Department in 1912. Providing live saving skills to the community as a volunteer department. It wasn't until May 23, 1921 that the volunteer department established itself as a paid fire department.
